This modern home is perfect for families, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and adjacent family room, dining for 12, and bedrooms spaced out for privacy. The hallway desk will work great for guests who need to finish remote assignments, and the private washer/dryer will take care of everything you brought along. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a putting green in the enclosed private yard and incredible golf course views from the comfort of your patio. After a few rounds of golf, cool off in the private pool or lounge poolside while the chef of the family fires up the gas grill.

In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Security camera details: Nest camera above the garage.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We stayed 3 nights and we had a great time. It was in a great location, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool a lot and had fun enjoying the backyard view. Definitely would stay again!

Backyard is very relaxing and fun. House was good size for our needs with plenty of towels and linens.

This is a beautiful home and very quiet area. One Sunday afternoon strange lady taking out garage can. Next week on Monday evening, strange man bringing the garage can into the yard. On the day before check out, a strange young man with the door code let himself in without knocking, stated "he thought I had checked out." WEIRD
