Located just 25 minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, this beautiful vacation home is the perfect get away location for you, your family and friends! Our house is located in a quiet community with the backyard overlooking the Palm Valley Golf Course.
Goodyear Ball Park and Camelback Ranch are located a short 12 minutes away. The State Farm Stadium home of the Arizona Cardinals (NFL) and the annual Fiesta Bowl is located within 20 minutes. Chase Field (MLB) and the Footprint Center (NBA) are located a short 30 minute drive to downtown Phoenix and lets not forget the NASCAR racing at the Phoenix Raceway which is a quick 16 minute drive.
If you love shopping, you will enjoy the Westgate Entertainment District, Tanger Outlets and the Arrowhead Town Center all within 25 minutes. Scottsdale is just 45 minutes away and offers great shopping at the Scottsdale Fashion Square, Kierland Commons or Old Town Scottsdale. If you take a trip into Scottsdale, make time to see the Phoenix Zoo and OdySea Aquarium, you won't be disappointed.

This beautiful home is over 3000 sqft in area with 4 bedrooms, an office, a loft, 2 ½ bathrooms and a double garage.
Walk in the front door to a formal living/dining room with a natural gas fire place, custom window treatments, ceiling fans and tile wood designed flooring. There is a formal dining room table for those special meals or game nights with family and friends.
The open floor plan features a family room off the kitchen and is equipped with a 75 inch big screen TV and wireless Wi-Fi for everyone.
The eat-in kitchen has a center island with granite counter tops. The fridge has a built in water and ice dispenser with filtered water which makes it safe and delicious to drink. The stove is glass top with dual ovens, there is a built in microwave for those quick warm ups and a double door dishwasher for those quick clean ups. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig coffee maker (pod & pot), blender, toaster, air fryer, slow cooker, and more . The cupboards are stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery, pots and pans, etc, and have been labeled to assist in maintaining a fully organized kitchen.
The main floor has an office with desk, chair and WiFi which is perfect for those who require a work friendly private space.
The large main floor Master Bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, open concept bathroom with double sinks, walk in shower with multiple shower heads, heated towel rack and separate toilet room.
No worries for the rest of the family or friends. Others will appreciate the comfort of a king size bed in the first spare bedroom that also includes a 47 inch TV, a queen in each of the second and third bedrooms. In case there is a late arrival there is a comfy futon in the upper loft/pool table area.

This house was perfect for our family’s Thanksgiving vacation. All of the bedrooms were very large. The bathrooms were beautiful. The kitchen was fully stocked. The location was convenient to restaurants and stores. We would definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for our 9 night stay. Only downfall was the house was too warm at night and the flies out back were relentless.

House was so comfortable, well stocked, shower was awesome! The automatic pool cleaner wasn’t working due to storms the previous week. Contacted the host late in the evening when we arrived, they had the pool guy there the next morning to fix it before we even woke up! Great service & communication! Used the pool & hot tub often. Great stay overall.

Would have liked to have the pool and hot tub warmer. Hot tub only holds two people at a time due to molding of it and is old or appears old. No outdoor dining space was disappointing we probably should have figured this our from the photos. Otherwise it was fine. However we felt it was overpriced compared to other places we have stayed in the area.
