Great location close to everything we wanted to do. The pool and outdoor kitchen was a huge hit. The house was nice and clean. I can’t give it 5 stars as it is an older home in need of some maintenance. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay.

Overall house fit the needs for All of us. Not crowded at all. Location, out door space was great. Fully stocked kitchen and nice selection of spices and other cooking needs.

Overall a good experience but I expect a bit more for the price. Very kind and communicative owners. Nice bottles of wine and snacks were at the house for us, as well as basic necessities for our stay. Very thankful for those things!!
Outdoor space is very nice! The inside of the house has a lot of open space which is great. Love the tower of towels in the entry way!! Some areas are showing signs of wear and tear. Two of the three leather sofas have tears in a cushion. One is pretty big. Squeaky kitchen drawers as well as some doors, some old and broken utensils in the kitchen, dishwasher doesn't clean very well. Hot and cold water fixtures in master bathroom sinks are reversed but we were not made aware. It took as awhile to figure it out. We thought no hot water but thankfully that wasn't the case.

Big house with lots of room for the entire family. However, we immediately noticed that the property was less than expected.
-Floors were dirty
-Ice maker didn't work
-One of the toilets was leaking at the base
-Grills were very dirty
-One of the patio doors would not lock
-The security system was beeping continuously (I had to communicate with the owner
to trouble shoot it over two days. It actually woke some of us in the middle of the
night).
- Entire house looked very dingy
Most of the woodwork was worn and dirty including most the interior doors.
Walls needed a fresh coat of paint everywhere. There were holes in the wall near
some of the windows where there were probably curtains hung at one time but
never repaired.
Mismatched door hardware throughout
A couple of interior doors would not close properly unless you lifted the doorknob
to do so.
Light above the stove did not work
None of the three bathrooms had toilet paper holders
-Landscapers showed up one morning at 7:15 AM and started with their very loud leaf
blowers. Again, waking up half of the house. I had to ask them to come back later.
When I communicated that to the owner, he said it was in the listing that this would
happen. I never saw that. But what I did see was that "Quiet time,
between 10PM and 8AM was to be observed.) Then why were they there at 7:15?
When I communicated with the owner, and Evolve, they said they could send a cleaning crew back out right away. Now.... That would've been a big inconvenience to our entire family, so I said no, just give me some sort of compensation. (still waiting on that). In addition, no one responded to the leaking toilet, the broken ice maker or the patio door that wouldn't lock.
I would not recommend this property to anyone.
