The pool was clean and well taken care of. The king size bed and pillows were very comfortable. Couches were comfy also. We appreciated the covered parking spot, gated fence around property, code to lock and unlock door, open gate. Showers were nice with good water pressure. Many bath towels and pool towels available. Great to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Fridge was clean and spacious.
Close (15-20 min. away) from American Family Fields of Phoenix where Brewers play spring training games, and even closer (10 min. away) from Camelback Ranch where Dodgers and White Sox play games.
Close to grocery store (Fry’s) just a few blocks west.
Small balcony
Not enough room to have a table all five of us could sit around for a meal, but there was stool seating at counter and a small table with stools nearby.
Back bedroom was a bit stuffy.
A twin bed separate from bunks might be better than the trundle bed beneath.
Neighborhood was ok, but I would not have felt safe walking around area at night.

Location is great but there is a lot of road/street noise so if you go to bed early, this may not be the place for you. The pool and hot tub are amazing!
Glass side tables in the master bedroom make it hard to set anything down without coasters. Coasters would be great!
