**The backdoors of the property are up to pool code and serve as part of the fence to the backyard. If you have small children it is VERY IMPORTANT you watch them when they are outside. It is your responsibility to follow all pool and house rules. The pool depth ranges from about 3.5-5.5ft deep. By booking you are agreeing that you are responsible for all guests of your party on the property**
**NO PARTIES: Quiet Hours start at 10:00pm and a fee will be assessed for any noise complaints**
**If you opt for the pool heat we set it to 84 degrees. On some of the cold winter nights it usually takes until about 11am to get back up to 80ish as it shuts off at night and then kicks back on in the morning**
*For security we do have a Ring Video Doorbell to help guests when needed*

Host was very quick to respond and was helpful with all questions. Quiet spot at the end of cul de sac. Clean, nice and comfortable. will be staying again shortly!! Thanks again Mark!!

Everything at Marks home was fantastic, the amenities were plentiful and just as described.The location was wonderful, very close to many restaurants, shopping and grocery store. Plus very convenient to accessing the interstate. We stayed for 2 weeks as we were in town for the loss of my in-laws so location was important for us. The pool gets cleaned regularly which was nice. The back yard space was huge, can't express enough what a fantastic property this is!Our only issue was after we arrived, our dog was chewing on a skittles wrapper, which wasn't ours, he had found it under the bed. When we looked there was other mess there as well. Nothing major and didn't effect our time staying at this amazing home.Mark was quick to respond to questions and very helpful.

The house is in an ok area and ok inside .. backyard was great with the hot tub ,BBQ, corn hole and pool (pool a little smaller than it looks in pictures) shower does take at least 3 min to heat up so you need to turn on and walk away … I will say the biggest con is the rooster that lives a few doors down… it starts very early in the morning and goes all day long so something to definitely keep in mind…..
otherwise we enjoyed our stay
