This condo is on the first floor, and access is up two flights of stairs due to the building resting on stilts.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The area that the condo is located at is fabulous! Quiet and right across from the beach. There is also a nice board walk behind the property.

All was well. It was clean and close proximity to the beach. It was a quiet area, which I like especially having the kids with us. Only drawback….the microwave doesn’t work lol. Beautiful stay for the cost. I would stay again!

This was our first time staying at this end of the peninsula, and we really enjoyed the quiet. This isn't our first time staying at a Vacasa property, and a usual they were prompt and friendly when addressing issues in the unit. The unit itself is just OK--it needs a good update, and not having wifi in 2025 is odd. The pool is fine. We booked late and were glad there was still something available to book, but we wouldn't go out of our way to book this one again.
