Inside the condo, you'll find an inviting and well-appointed space. The Master bedroom overlooks the Gulf and offers a spacious King bed with breathtaking views. The cozy guest room features bunk beds, with a Full on bottom, and a twin on top, providing a private retreat for your guests. Plus, a sleeper sofa in the living room offering extra sleeping space. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked and ready for you to prepare the catch of the day. Conveniently, a full-size washer and dryer are available in the unit.

Winter Getaway: Planning a winter escape? Keep in mind that reservations made before October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a minimum 60-day stay. Reservations not meeting this criteria may be subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months can be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation, with a limit of 2 cars.

Your reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Our only complaints were a lack of dead bolt to be able to lock from the inside. I think that would have made us feel safer but the key code worked fine. There were only two rolls of toilet paper provided for our family of four for 5 nights which was not enough. Future guests should bring their own supplies if they want to run the dish washer or washing machine more than one time, which we did. The TV and DVD player in the kids' room did not work, and the TV in the living room had a strange color to the display that we could not adjust. So apart from a few inconveniences, it was a nice stay and plenty of room for us and our two kids.

We had a great time! The only thing we had an issue with was the elevator not working a few times, nothing to do with the room. The only recommendation I would make is maybe having amenities provided such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

I booked property for my daughter's 13th birthday. The property was exactly like it was shown in the pictures. I can confidently say that you will not be disappointed with this property. I will definitely book again!!

The property was wonderful. It was clean and location was great and everything was wonderful. The property management company was not great at communication. From day 1 everything said check in was at 3pm. However, day of arrival while in route to the property, all of a sudden check in was from 3-5pm through a text message. No check in information was given prior to arrival. I had to send messages and call just to get any information including how to process the parking fee. I was then told that the property would be ready at 4pm. At 4:30 when we arrived upstairs, the housekeeping person was still not done and cleaning the room. Not his fault, the communication was just not up to par. If we had been told up front it could have been up until 5pm, we would not have left so early in the morning to get there and taken our time.
