This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit`s floor. After entering the unit you will walk past the half-bathroom followed immediately by the laundry room.Continue down the entryway and step into the living room which is attached to the kitchen. To the left of the kitchen is the bedroom with an attached full bathroom. To the right of the kitchen is the patio and balcony area that overlooks the pool and fitness center.
You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

Love the Bywater neighborhood for so many reasons - great food, comfortable surroundings, convenience to attractions without the traffic or noise. Gated, covered parking is the absolute best feature in a city like New Orleans where parking can be pricey and sketchy. Our sunroof was stuck open overnight but our vehicle was safe and untouched - that wouldn't have been the case elsewhere. Owner was accessible when needed and check in couldn't have been easier. Gym was accessible 24/7, building was clean and quiet, and we can't wait to return next year.

When we walked in we knew your place was perfect for our stay in New Orleans/Bywater district. Loved the decor and cleanliness and all the amenities. Most of all we loved having all the security and wonderful parking garage. The wedding was at the Mazant and the three days before we enjoyed activities at The Columns, The Who Dat Coffee Coffee Cafe’,

Good location. Furniture needs to be taken care of: Sofa/hide-a-bed is totally worn out and seating (bar stools) were not comfortable and height adjusted for the kitchen counter. Although people acting as hosts were friendly and responsive, this was not a VRBO typical experience as it was more of a short-term rental kind of a stay. Also, the condo unit was noisy as we were hearing every action/move by the upper floor neighbors.
