This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you will immediately walk past the first bathroom which is followed by the laundry room. Proceed down the entryway to enter the living room which is attached to the kitchen. To the right of the kitchen will be the primary bedroom with an attached bathroom. To the left of the kitchen will be the patio/balcony area that overlooks the pool and fitness center.
You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

I am allergic to mold dust and pollen, so finding somewhere safe in NOLA is a challenge.This room lived up to my expectations.Staff spent a lot of time answering my questions, and cofirming this was a good place for me.4 on cleanliness because people have really scuffed up the walls and I thought that might bother others.

Very clean, very secure building, it was nice to have a place to park our car. We used Uber to go most places, due to traffic and at times difficult to find a parking spot.

Property was accurately listed, was perfect for me and my husband. Easy to get an uber to where we wanted to go. Was clean, and comfortable. Some late night noise, but understand that is hard to control. At least quiet time hours are listed

The condo was well taken care of, clean and all necessitiey provided. A really nice place.The garage parking would have been fine except our assigined space was flooded. However there was a handicap space available that worked out great.
