You're a hop, skip, and jump from many of my favorite spots: Satsuma Cafe, Alma, Bywater Bakery, The Jerk House, Liberacion NOLA. Amazing fruit trees in zen-inspired backyard! Digital locks for easy access. Security system.

Enjoyed ourselves at the Josephine, nice and quaint house with a lot of beautiful small touches throughout. We only wish we had some matches to light the candles and that our parking wasn't taken each night haha

Beautiful home. Great NOLA feel. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing place. Super close to all activities, such a plus.

My fiancé and I really loved the location - we did have a sweet pup bark a lot next door, but she became calm after seeing us for a few days. The location was easily walkable and quiet at night, had A/C which was a must for NOLA in July, and also had a few things we had some difficulties with. The clawfoot is gorgeous, and very, very slippery when wet. I slipped once pretty hard, so maybe some grips at the bottom could be helpful, since the bottom is rounder and not flat. Aside from that, we booked this place for the washer and dryer, which we unfortunately were not able to use as we realized there was no detergent in the unit, and a bit too late for us to contact or order some in (on us!) - aside from that, this place is really a gem in the neighborhood, is very lowkey, and the inside is truly adorable and comfortable. I'd definitely come back!
