This condo is located at The Saxony, a premier condominium near Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park that connects to the Mississippi Riverfront. Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!
This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you will walk past the first full bathroom directly on your right side. Located to the left, is the first bedroom immediately followed by the laundry room. The door located to the right of the laundry room leads to the primary bedroom with an attached full bathroom. Across from the laundry room is the kitchen which is also attached to the living room. Pass the living room is the patio/balcony area which overlooks the pool and fitness center.
You have full access to the building, condo & fitness center Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.
