This condo is located at The Saxony, a premier condominium near Crescent Park, a 1.4-mile, 20-acre urban linear park that connects to the Mississippi Riverfront. Enjoy the luxury of this newly constructed building, complete with enticing amenities such as a sparkling pool, fitness center, and convenient parking—a perfect blend of comfort and charm.
Conveniently located in the Bywater neighborhood, just a 10-minute drive from the French Quarter!
This condo is located inside the Saxony Building. Once entering the condominium you can take the elevator up to your unit's floor. After entering the unit you will walk past the laundry room and into the kitchen immediately followed by the living room. The glass door in the living room leads onto the balcony/patio area that overlooks the pool and fitness center. The first bathroom is located to the right of the kitchen. To the right of the first bathroom is the first bedroom. Two doors to the right is the primary bathroom which includes an attached bathroom.
You have full access to the building, condo & all amenities! Included is a parking space in a gated & secure parking garage. Free parking is also readily available around the building for any additional cars.

This place was perfect for a weekend get away. We had 2 couple stay here in town for Lions/Saints game. Location was perfect, the place was exactly how it looks in pictures. Very clean and nice. The host communication was great. Always responded quickly and helpful. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
