Close to many walkable locations. Easy access to getting around town. Great value for what I needed.
I was there for 2 nights so it would've been helpful to have 1 washcloth per person per night. There were 2 of us with only 2 washcloths for both nights. If you're a light sleeper, the train will certainly wake you EARLY! Bring earplugs.

It's in a great location and in a nice area. It's walking (or quick uber) distance to everything you would want to see, and it's a nice and safe area when you want to just relax. We absolutely loved the building and the room was really cute. The courtyard is also really nice and pretty. It's just as cool as in the pictures. The check in and check out process were painless.
I've slept better in hostels or while camping. The AC in room 301 would make all sorts of noises... fluttering noises, clunking noises, and sometimes the fan would be loud. You can get used to it and sleep through that, but about every 30 minutes the AC compressor/pump outside the room would make a loud banging noise when it would cycle and almost sound like someone is violently pounding the other side of the wall and it kinda shocks you awake. I'm an average sleeper, and my fiance is the heaviest sleeper I've ever met and I woke up every hour and my fiance woke up a couple times over our 4 night stay. We tried leaving the AC off overnight, but you still get the banging sometimes since they use a mini split which means the pump will still run because of the other units. In addition, there is an adorable and friendly cat that hangs out in the courtyard that I said hi to and tried to pet, but I noticed it had fleas so we didn't really want to hangout in the beautiful courtyard.
