We are a property management company and will have limited interaction with guests. You will have access to the Manager for emergencies or questions via email and cell phone. Cell number will be given before day of arrival.

Great condo located in downtown Pismo Beach within 2 blocks of the pier. This property is a single level condo on the second floor. You can get to the second floor via elevator and stairs. This cozy unit features 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch that sleeps one. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, drip coffee, microwave, and pots/pans/dishes. Both the master and the guest bedroom have queen beds. The master has an ensuite bathroom, and both bathrooms have a standard bathtub. This property has one designated parking spot in gated area, street parking (as per city laws), and first come first serve parking just outside the gated area that requires a parking pass (provided to you within the unit). No smoking/No pets/No parties/ NO EXCEPTIONS.
**Must be over the age of 25 to book this property. ID is required*
Walking distance around town, Uber and cab service available. There is a bus station at the 5 Cities Premium Outlets approximately 1/2 mile away.
LATE CHECK OUT~ If you request a late check out and we are able to accommodate you, we certainly will. However, there will be a late check out fee of $150 imposed. We need a 24 hour notice and the fee needs to be paid at that time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule, rescheduling them can be difficult and costly. If they are on a tight schedule, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
NOTE: No early check-in or late check outs from May 20th - September 3rd.
