About this apartment rental

Condo in the gated Casa Bella Vista building, located 2 and 1/2 blocks from the pier and boardwalk, in the center of Downtown Pismo Beach.

Ocean view from the living room, and the primary bedroom. Living room has flat screen TV with digital cable and dvd player, wireless Internet, sofa sleeper, and a small balcony which has ocean views. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining table for 5. Primary bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV with digital cable, and en suite bath. Second bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV with digital cable. Full size washer and dryer.

Important: BBQs Are Prohibited At This Location

Gated parking for 1 vehicle, parking pass for one additional vehicle.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely 2 bed, 2 bath apartment 2.5 blocks from the Pismo Beach pier. Beds were very comfortable because they had 2 pillow tops. This made the bed high and might be hard for some people to get into. Well-stocked kitchen. Great home away from home.

Parking included one spot inside the gated area as well as a spot in the lot using the provided pass. 2nd floor unit was easily accessible via elevator as well as stairs. Unit was cozy with welcoming decor. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bedrooms did get warm at night with no AC (to be expected on the Central Coast). Simple fix was opening the windows. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. One recommendation is to replace the bath towels. It's time as they begin to have an odor no matter how you wash and dry them. Didn't attempt to watch TV so can't speak to this. Location was super convenient to the heart of Pismo. Will book again!
