We were pleasantly surprised by the location as it was everything (and more!) from the description. The cleanliness, ease of access, security of gated area, and the tranquility of the environment made our stay feel like home away from home. Walking back from the beach to going out and exploring the many dining options was simple, which isnt always easy with a toddler! The property management employees were very friendly and helpful. I've already recommended this place to my friends and I'd bring my family back and stay here again! Thank you thank you!

Nice condo! Good size and exactly like pictures. 4 adults has plenty of room. Very accessible for the one adult with limited mobility. Only issue was carpet in main area was very stained, properly mgr very responsive when I reported it to them.

The fact that the trash truck comes every morning right below the unit is disturbing if you like to sleep in. The door lock needs to be replaced as it sticks and it feels like you are going to be lock out or in sometimes. The biggest complaint is that the towels were moldy, it was horrible to dry off with a towel that smells like mildew. It is a very nice condo but take your own towels!!!

It was centrally located which means that you can walk to anywhere in town. The apartment/condo came with two parking spots which is a great help in Pismo because of the limited parking. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, pans and utensils. When we arrived everything was sparkling clean. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze. One of our best ABnB stays. Will definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely condo, great floor plan, nicely decorated and well stocked. The beds and bedding were super comfy. Private and secure, it’s just an easy couple of blocks walk to the beach and lots of nice restaurants and shopping even closer. Having a nice washer/dryer right in the unit was a great bonus. There’s a dedicated secure parking spot for the unit. The thing that we didn’t like, and that would make us hesitate to come again, was the early morning noise. Traffic noise and garbage trucks woke us up about 6am nearly every day of the week we were there. The building dumpsters are directly down from the master bedroom windows, and even though we were on the third floor, the noise was loud.

The apartment was even better than the pictures. Super clean, smelled good, comfortable beds, stocked with everything needed. Nice gated parking lot with an extra parking spot right outside. Close to lots of restaurants, bars, shops and the pier- all walking distance. We stayed there with family, plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay there again.

This property was centrally located which made it so easy to walk just about anywhere in Pismo Beach. It was also large and comfortable enough for our party to hang out at the property. I also thought the property was actually a littler nicer than the pictures make it seem.
