Great location! Walk to the beach and pier in a few minutes. You rarely need to use your car except for day trips to Avila Beach, Arroyo Grande, or SLO. It is a little loud but you’re in a multi-plex unit right on Pismo’s main thoroughfare. The unit itself is bright, gets great fresh ocean air, has most of the essentials (bring your toiletries) and a good sized kitchen for cooking. Clean sheets and towels and no dust! Floor needed a good mop, I let the host know and they quickly replied saying they could have the cleaning crew come back through. Would stay again for a lively beach family vacation!

Good location to pier and restaurants. Comfortable. But, I was supposed to have a street level unit, per representative Melinda, when I got there it was an upstairs unit and I had to make arrangements for my elderly guest to stay elsewhere because the stairs was very difficult to climb.

Everything was very good except that we thought our upstairs unit had a water view as stated but it didn’t. The location was super convenient. We stayed there for 4 nights. It would be good to have a washer and dryer in the unit if you stayed more than 4 nights.

The property is located in a very convenient location; walking distance from the downtown area and the beach. We appreciated that there was a reserved parking space available for us off of the street and that the property was secure and safe for families.

After three hot days in Disneyland it was a wonderful end to our family road trip to stay in Pismo at this location. We were a block and a half from the beach, shopping, food and pier! The place was so clean, had all the amenities needed for our family to be comfortable. Looking forward to coming back again.

The location is convenient to get to the beach, which is about 2 blocks away, shopping, restaurants and is not too far from other attractions like the outlet malls, Hearst Castle and Solvang. Would be nice if it had laundry, and the kitchen is somewhat sparsely equipped with cookware and dishes, but those are the only downsides. Overall, was a great stay for my family of 6. Would stay here again.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the lack of spices for cooking and the fact that there was no shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Both are things that we have had access to at all of the VRBO properties that we have stayed in worldwide.

My family of 5, came for a weekend, (wish we could have stayed longer) it was a great location near down town, walking distance to everything, close to the freeway. The place was nice and clean, very modern, quiet location. We can’t wait to come back to stay longer!

Nice place, the apartment is better than pictures Only negatives, only having one set of keys was problematic, a key pad would have been much more convenient. Also no soap or shampoo provided so bring your own. Outdoor patio furniture was dirty. House keepers were still there at 4:00.

The property was close to everything we needed to go to. We walked to the monarch butterfly Grove as well as to downtown easily. We did have a small problem getting in and out of the downstairs gate. Other than that everything was perfect.

We were in town for the car show and having a designated off street parking was a big plus for us and one of the reasons we chose this rental. This was actually our second time staying at this complex, but we previously stayed in a ground floor unit. Both were very nicely maintained and clean, with plenty of space for our family of 4. Loved the location and being close enough to walk to dinner and shopping. Would definitely recommend it!
