This property is in a great location, very close to the beach. Unfortunately, it was not very clean, and from time to time found ants in the master bedroom. Pillows and cushions need cleaning as well. Kitchen was very well stocked and appliances seemed fairly modern. This could be a nice little bungalow but really needs a good cleaning, upgraded bedding and a lot of TLC.

Perfect location. Especially during summer weekends/holidays, so much traffic but from this condo you just walk a couple of minutes to be on the beach. Super for families with kids. Even has 2 reserved parking spots, off the street. There is an external staircase up to the front door. In the unit, there is a bedroom on the main floor, and stairs to another bedroom on the upper level. This could be a concern for the mobility challenged. Things weren't quite as clean as we would have liked. On my bed the bedcover was stained. We had to wash the dishes and silverware before using them. The water had a funky smell, so we bough a case of bottled water for drinking. The property is hosted by a company. You can't talk to anyone in the evenings or on the weekend, unless it is an emergency. Overall, a great location, comfortably accommodates 6 - 7 adults, can add a couple more kids if you don't mind a tighter fit. Really a good price for a large group.

This Condo is located close to the beach! It’s located on a court which I loved because it wasn’t a busy street. This condo has a lot of space, it’s two stories, 6 beds!, and a lot of natural light. Everything is pretty much walking distance…the beach is not even 2min away(on the same street), Hoagies is about 4min away, and cool cat(our favorite spot) is 8min away which felt closer than that.. we didn’t have to drive anywhere because everything is close by!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When it showed a deck and bbq area I figured there was a spot outside to sit and watch the views enjoy the ocean breeze that is not the case. The out doors areas are blocked in with two story side walls all the way around you. The upper deck you can see houses and the sky the bottom deck to bbq walls. The beds are very odd even one in the dining room. The master bath is great. The beds need an update the kitchen plates need an update. I also called management the night we arrive couldn’t get the fireplace to work no instructions the main tv no cable. The internet had changed. I called and stayed the weekend no one ever called me back.

Walk took maybe 2 minutes to get to the beach, and aprox 5 minutes to get to the shopping centers and restaurants. Since the house was so close to the beach we were worried about parking since we took 2 trucks, but we had a space in the parking garage, and an extra space on the side which was great! Kids had a great time, we will definitely rent again!

The condo layout is nice; the top floor has the king bedroom and loft trundle, the bottom floor has the queen bedroom and trundle in the living room. Everything is there for you in the kitchen, just bring food and good friends! Would recommend to anyone and hope to be back in Pismo to stay again!

Fantastic location, property is exactly as advertised with plenty of room for our family of six. Having off street parking and only five minute walk to the beach was the best. The host was very helpful with a couple of minor issues we had, the only real problem we had was the WiFi it’s really weak. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this property or use this host for future trips!!! VRBO is my only choice for all vacations because we always get what pay for.

Property was about a block from the ocean and 4 blocks from the pier/dining. Couldnt be happier with the location, condition of the property. We had a great time. Since the location was so good… we basically parked the car and walked everywhere. Very nice and relaxing vacation. Thank you
