Centrally located in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach, quiet building but just a short walk downhill two blocks to the beach. Steps to all downtown has to offer this is the perfect location. Location is the top mention in our five star reviews. The master bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom and luxurious king bed, where you can relax and watch your favorite programs on the high definition flat screen TV. With a queen bed in the second bedroom and a comfy sleeper sofa in the living room (pillows and linens provided), this home away from home can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room provides another HDTV; both are smart TVs that are fully equipped with streaming TV: we provide YouTubeTV for all your sports watching. After a long day at the beach, come home and watch a Blu Ray DVD, or listen to music on the Sonos streaming music system. The fully equipped kitchen has a window overlooking the beautiful courtyard. A brand new refrigerator was installed recently with filtered water and ice on the door. With the kitchen window open you can hear the peaceful courtyard fountain. This property is perfectly situated close enough to everything within walking distance & just far enough away from the busyness of downtown. We celebrated my son’s 15th bday, I was comfortable with him walking around to explore safely. clean & safe with secure parking & locking gates. Would absolutely return!

There were five of us, so we used both beds and the pull out couch. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo, since we were out and about most of the time. Had we spent a lot of time there, it would have been a little tight for us. The location—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants was perfect. We had two cars, so parking for both vehicles was much appreciated. Very clean and beachy decor. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Neighbors and area are quiet after 10:00 PM. Highly recommend!

Impressive location and condo. Photos don’t do it justice. Modern, perfectly equipped, spotless, roomy enough for all to lounge, view of ocean from balcony and bedroom, comfy beds. 2 blocks to pier. Footsteps to shops and restaurants. Exceptional communication from friendly host who also gave me wonderful breakfast and coffee locations. We recommend Honeymoon Cafe for breakfast. Kulturehaus for microbrewery and yummy lunch. Great tidepooling areas within minutes’ drive. Will return!

The Hosts were super efficient in communicating with picture how to check in. Once inside there were numerous laminated cards explaining all the amenities. The location could not have been more perfect. 2 blocks from everything - the beach, shopping, restaurants, fun, everything. We walked the 2 blocks to the beach faster than the cars could make it 1 block. As everyone was stressing over parking and traffic we walked 2 blocks and went everywhere. Plus the apartment was spacious with a family of 5. The gated building was very nice and has a well kept courtyard with nice mature plants. Overall very welcoming, clean and we loved it!!

Our family had a very nice stay at this spacious condo just steps away from all the Pismo hot spots, restaurants, and the beach/pier! In our down time we all put together a puzzle and did some coloring in a color book. This was a relaxing stay with all the amenities we'd want. The owner took pride in helping to make our stay comfortable and was responsive when we had a question. We hope to come again soon for another stay!

We absolutely loved being just a 2 minute walk away (if even?) from the main strip of Pismo Beach. The space was perfect for our little family, with all the basic amenities you'd expect and full kitchen. The living/dining/kitchen area is all open concept so it was perfect for us to be together and keep an eye on our little ones. Tons of resturants and food options nearby made life so much easier for us to not have to cook for our entire vacation. We particularly loved the brewery that was 2 buildings away from this condo complex. ;) We felt super safe here and everything went smoothly. Elizabeth (the owner) was fantastic and easy to communicate with. Our only "con" was we found the bed in the master bedroom to be uncomfortable, so we actually opted to sleep on the pull out sofa instead after night 1. The pull out had a memory foam pad on it and was a bit better for us. Maybe we are just picky! Despite that we'd stay again and definitely hope we can do a repeat trip here in the future!

Very comfortable, clean, safe, perfect location to walk everywhere, covered, gated parking a definite plus. We were part of a larger group that vacations here every summer around the same time, and they were staying in another property around the corner, so it couldn't have been more convenient! The condo had everything we could have needed with the only exceptions of black-out curtains in the bedrooms, and a full- length mirror, but not deal- breakers by any means. Communication with the owners was exceptional. We had a wonderful stay!

We had a fabulous four day stay at this lovely property, which was well furnished, equipped and just 3 blocks from the beach and pier. Super clean and many nice touches throughout. We appreciated our long morning walks and great proximity to SLO, Arroyo Grande and Paso Robles. Elizabeth was a kind and very responsive landlord. In fact, she went beyond expectations by allowing us to arrive early and stay late. We will be back. Thanks, Elizabeth!!

This was our first time visiting Pismo so we were unfamiliar with the area. It was a bit hard to make a decision on where to stay because we had no idea of what to expect. When I saw this property it fit what we were looking for but we still had no idea how it would be when we actually arrived. Well, it exceeded expectations. The location is ideal. Directly off the freeway with on/off freeway access. Since the location is near to the freeway (but no freeway noise), you are not stuck in the Pismo Beach traffic heading down to the beach. This is key. It literally is two short blocks to the beach, shopping, restaurants, and all of the fun. It is actually on the main street in Pismo, in the best location possible in my opinion. You can walk to the beach faster than the cars can drive to the beach. The location is also very quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle, but still very close to everything. Parking guaranteed in gated building and then walk everywhere. The unit itself is impeccable. Very clean & comfortable. My only suggestions is to add a full length mirror, but this is so minor. I was just trusting my instincts that my outfits looked decent! But it’s the beach so no need to worry about outfits! I know that this will be our go-to place to stay in Pismo from here on out. Great communication from owners. An added bonus was their July 4th decorations at the complex. We had a fabulous stay and look forward to returning to this lovely condo.

The condo was adorable and very clean. Absolutely spotless!!! It is very well taken care of with very nicely decorated comfortable furniture and beds. Everything was provided for from extra rolls of TP to fully functional kitchen, even an espresso machine and pods. A nice extra touch! The owner’s were very welcoming and accommodating before, during and after our stay. Elizabeth shared with us local restaurant recommendations that we used and throughly enjoyed. The condo is centrally located in the heart of Pismo Beach. Walking distance to most restaurants and activities. We will absolutely use again and share condo info with our friends. I stayed with my sister for two weeks. The condo is comfortable and nicely furnished. We appreciated being able to park our rental car under cover. We never figured out the parking meters, so being able to walk downtown was very convenient. The owners communicated with us well and were very considerate. We hoped to stay there next year. Since it was previously booked for that time period, they graciously gave us contact with another owner in the building. They went out of their way to be helpful. It includes some extras--espresso machine and espresso pods, books and puzzles.
