Pismo Beach Condo for rent. Condo complex is an ocean front and gated community in the heart of downtown Pismo Beach a block from the pier.
This 2 Bedroom, 2.5 Bath condo is spacious and situated across from the pool. There is view of ocean and pier from the 2nd floor deck. Living room has fireplace, Cable, TV, VCR, and high speed internet, washer/dryer, BBQ, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and Keurig. Window coverings all replaced in late 2022. Primary bedroom has King with a queen and twin bunk beds in the second. The condo sleeps 6.
Renting Saturday to Saturday during peak seasons, the off season we can be more flexible on check-in and out but we do have to maintain a 7-night minimum per home owners association restrictions.
Carport parking for one vehicle.
