There is a special, considerate amenity provided for guests in the great Keurig coffee maker, (WITH complimentary coffee pods). Lastly, my only constructive criticism is the uncomfortable sofas. This bothered us greatly. Please consider replacing them with comfortable sofas that guests can really relax in. It’s a big deal that would have much benefit for all; including benefiting the owners with repeat renters. Thank you.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, while the property is nicely decorated, it was disappointing to find that the carpeting was very dirty and badly in need of cleaning. When we arrived, the unit had no drip coffee maker, no knife block and an outdoor grill that didn't work. The property management company had to replace all of these items. All of the cupboards were full of crumbs had to be cleaned out. In addition, the dishwasher and vacuum did not work properly. Furthermore, it was very disturbing that renters, in the next unit, found a key to 110 Pismo Shores in the parking lot, that had been dropped by the cleaning staff. If those renters were not honest, and had not given the key to us, our safety and security could have well been compromised.
