Avevo già soggiornato circa 10 anni fa ed essendomi trovato benissimo ho deciso di ritentare. Struttura da 10 se consideriamo rapporto qualità/prezzo, host eccezionale.

La posizione molto vicina a centro, stazione, e sopratutto a Visarno Arena per Firenze Rocks

The property owner/host Dr.Piacenti (aka Il Gatto) and his wife were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location of the apartment is very convenient for the city centre bus and T2 tram that stops at "Belfiore" at the end of Via Benedetto Marcello, two stops from the Santa Maria Novella Station, as well as going to Peretola Airport. There is a good discount supermarket nearby, as well as chemist and taxi rank if needed. There is a washing machine on the balcony which proved very handy. Everyone we met in the locality was more than helpful. Thank you.

I wish there had been a lift instead of stairs but worth the climb to stay in the quiet apartment away from the hustle and bustle of Florence but within easy reach. Also you must be aware of a street numbering system that does not always work consecutively for historic reasons.

La habitación de matrimonio estaba bien, y el cuarto de baño también, muy espacioso con lavadora y secadora de ropa, el barrio es tranquilo con un Carrefour express relativamente cerca que cierra a las once de la noche y otro super más básico al lado del apartamento que cierra más pronto. Está algo alejado del centro pero en veinte minutos - media hora llegas en paseo ligero, para los que no tengan problemas en caminar. También hay conexión con autobús interurbano. Por otra parte se agradece que no esté en el centro para descubrir otras calles, tiendas de barrio, restaurantes etc. de Florencia menos turísticos.

No hay comedor, la cocina es diminuta, está como en una especie de armario grande, aunque tiene de todo para cocinar y funciona bien, y en la habitación con literas se oyó durante una noche una serie de golpes en la pared. Hay algún que otro mosquito a pesar de las mosquiteras en las ventanas.
