About this bed and breakfast

Short walking distance to West Sedona restaurants, shopping, hiking trails and Sedona airport Vortex. Enjoy sunrises, sunsets and star gazing from one of three decks.
King size Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. Kitchenette has mini fridge/freezer, microwave, copper sink, place settings and island seating for two. Great room has reclining leather sofa and chair, 100Mbps Wi-Fi, Direct tv and electric fireplace with changeable colors.
Imagine after a long day of hiking, biking, shopping or just exploring all there is in beautiful Sedona and the surrounding area you refresh with an indoor rain shower then relax on any of three balconies while you star gaze and sip some wine, perhaps some you found at a nearby Winery.
Then enjoy a good restful night’s sleep on the comfy King size Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress. Waking refreshed and ready for another fun filled day but, only after some fresh brewed Keurig coffee on the front deck as you watch the sunrise.

Loft was perfectly sized for two people. Most amenities were available. There is not a stove in the unit, but there is a microwave, and an electric frying pan for cooking. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.The king sized bed was super comfortable and the nights are very quiet and peaceful. Location was perfect as there are amazing trails within walking distance with magnificent views. Also, far enough away, but close enough for a short drive to the busy “touristy” uptown area of Sedona.Will definitely stay here again! Gary was a fantastic host!

This loft was a perfect fit for our Sedona stay. After our day hikes, we parked at the property and left the car while we walked each night to dinner. The loft, itself, was beautifully decorated and made for comfort and relaxation. I would not hesitate recommending this property, and Gary, the owner, could not have been kinder and more helpful.

What a beautiful and comfortable place! Everything was so thoughtfully designed and arranged. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Gary was attentive and we had no problems, but we are sure he would have taken care of anything if we had had any concerns. Highly recommended.

We planned a getaway to Sedona to enjoy all it has to offer. Plenty of hiking/mountain biking trails. Amazing scenery. Stargazing. Art Galleries. Red Rock State Park. Halfway between Phoenix and the Grand Canyon. The property has many amenities. Our hosts were great. We are looking forward to returning!

Super cute, clean, comfortable studio/loft. Extremely convenient to anywhere you want to go in Sedona. Amazing organic coffee shop at the end of the street that I highly recommend “ChocolaTree”. If you are there for more than 1 night and you plan on eating in, I do recommend grabbing disposable plates and silverware. This was not our intention but the restaurants were packed when we were there and unless you made prior reservations, you weren’t eating out. The studio comes with 2 forks and 2 knives and limited plates. The sink is also tiny which makes for washing dishes a little difficult and there is no dishwasher. And who wants to wash dishes on vacations?? Other than that, I highly recommend this studio.

I can't say enough about Gary! He was the most thoughtful host and he would maintain communication throughout your stay to make sure you were comfortable and happy. He had a lot of "suggestions" on restaurants and we tried a few and they were lovely! He knows his stuff! Can go wrong staying here!

The loft was fabulously decorated and supplied with all we needed for our stay. The location in West Sedona made it easy to access shopping, restaurant, activities and a grocery store. In addition, Gary was a wonderful host! We would definitely stay here again if we are in Sedona.

Wonderful loft in West Sedona. The location is perfect with restaurants, shopping, and grocery nearby. A private entrance to the loft allowed us to come and go easily. The three patios gave us outdoor enjoyment options. The loft was clean and comfortable. There was a sitting area, a kitchenette, a comfy king size bed, and a large bathroom with washer and dryer. Gary, our host, was fantastic with great communication. It was a wonderful stay in Sedona.

The location was in a spot that was easy to get around Sedona and we had off street parking. Gary was very friendly and kept us informed prior to our arriving in Sedona.

This spacious 2nd floor studio is just what we look for - neat, comfortable, quiet, convenient, well-appointed, etc. The host was friendly & attentive. It's close to lots of hiking and dining locations, and west of the uptown hubbub. There is so much to see & do here. Hope to return!

I can't think of anything that I would have changed about the place. It was easy to find, check in was a breeze, the place was immaculate and had so many little touches - from the motion lights on the steps, to the little fireplace, and the three outdoor seating areas. For us the most important things are: the bed, the comfort of the seating area, and the shower. All get thumbs up. We especially liked being in west Sedona - plenty of places to eat, drink and hike without having to get into the mess of construction downtown. We'd 100% stay again. ps: The washer and dryer were new and really clean - bonus points.

This was a delightful rental. The owner had designed the space for travelers, and he did a wonderful job. It was well laid out and very comfortable. The outside decks were wonderful! He had chosen to limit the kitchen facilities, which we knew when we booked. We do like to cook and the refrigerator, microwave and electric skillet worked well for us. We loved Sedona and would stay here again if we go back.
