The villa had an awful smell of wet dog and cat litter!!! It was bad!!! The beds and pillows were so uncomfortable!!!! The entire place needs to be updated!!!

Lots to be desired with the staff

The villa we stayed in was great, with plenty of space.

The check in process was terrible. We arrived at 4:00, check in time and the room wasnt ready which sometimes happens. It was the people at checking that were rude. Asking how long, they said we dont know, I ask more than an an hour (was considering going out for a coffee) she said “like I said they are working” on it. The rudeness was unacceptable considering THEY WERE LATE. A few checkins as we sat in the lobby, they were rudder and rudder, we consider canceling and going somewhere else. Be warned - you wont be greeted warm and welcoming but hostile angry staff.

The staff was welcoming upon arrival. They had an astronomy even that had star gazing happening in the parking lot, shortly after our arrival. We attended, and it was great!

Location was great, staff were professional and very kind.

Check in time is too long, too much explanations. When we walked in the villa #4 it smelled horrible. It was what we assume the kitchen sink water/drainage. We normally aren’t picky but the smell was so bad. The whole house needs to be updated, everything was old except the TV’s which kept losing signal/wifi.. The location was great and staff were super welcoming.

It was an excellent location . CVS/walgreen and food stores very close and short drive to a lot of destinations . Very spacious in the 2 bedroom loft . It was perfect for two couples .

The upstairs shower didn’t have great water pressure but the downstairs one did . It was a bit outdated.

Lovely stay

Location was perfect for the several trips we took. Condo was enormous and nice, everything available in the kitchen, plenty of towels (pool towels included), supermarket was around the corner. Staff was very helpful and gardens where good taken care off.

The bed was a bit old and made to much noise when you turned around, it woke us up many times during the nights. Perhaps some WD40 spray would help...

Great, fun and relaxing time at the Villas for our family!

We enjoyed our stay. Our townhouse faced the beautiful pool area and gym and made it very convenient for us and the kids.The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. It looked almost exactly like in the pictures. The furniture looked new and clean. It was super close to Starbucks and other convenience stores and the hiking trails. It was ideal fit for our family of four.
