Kind Staffs Clean Room Easy System !! Micro oven, Coffee Machine Inn

The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was no lobby or reception area, no kitchen, no pool. This was not disclosed on the booking website. Checkin was located in a guest room. Breakfast was supposed to be included. It was not. When I asked about breakfast, the clerk said they couldn't provide Breakfast or even coffee because the kitchen was being remodeled. Also not disclosed. Our room was badly in need of remodeling. It was very outdated. The furnace was noisy. The location of the hotel was inconvenient. I even called prior to booking and asked if there were restaurants within walking distance and was told there were. That was also not true. It is located on a busy highway a long distance from the downtown area and the shops and restaurants . I had to request maid service, it was not provided unless requested. Can only hope that the renovations improve this place.

The deciding factor of why my friend and I chose this hotel was the included breakfast. Upon check-in, we were informed that the building was under construction and there was no food. We expressed our disappointment and were given a couple of restaurant recommendations. The hotel was in a great location. Rooms were very clean and modern. A lovely water feature ran through the property. My friend and I loved the shower products. The outlets & lights on my side of the room did not work. Also, there were no curtains...it was either one blackout shade or bare window. No breakfast was the main disappointment.

Good hotel at a pretty good location. However the price is expensive for the facilities available. Overall a very decent place if you can manage to pay the high price sticker.
