These are effectively small apartments, a feature we really liked. Very efficient and comfortable, we loved how it was set up. Very comfortable beds and we liked the dining area which was great for working as well. Great facilities, with several pools.
Location is outside of Sedona but that was known before booking, The on-site restaurant was closed and staff did not know that when we checked in, gave us vouchers for drinks but impossible to use.

Its a beautifully kept property. All staff was courteous. Its very quiet. The space was cute, everything was provided for cooking and cleaning.
Be prepared at check in to be asked to watch videos, in order to receive a gift card. Its not a big issue, we didn't do it because it felt like there would have been more to it if we chose to watch this 2 hr video….

Beautiful place. The hard sell on the timeshare because the room is not ready until after the time share pitch was too much. The space was clean and out of town but be warned.
See above You needed a parking permit. You had to get the permit from the timeshare people…
