Bed was saggy. Woke up with a backache. Bathroom sink stopper was broken and would not drain. Whole property is cheaply constructed. Floors are squeaky. And then they tried to sell me a time-share. Uh no.

These villas are perfect! They’re literally right in the middle of everything that you need and they feel like home away from home. Our family of 5 plus my parents stayed here and the house was just perfect. It had two bedrooms plus a loft with a pulldown bed and everyone had their privacy, but yet also were able to come together while eating/gathering. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, plates, silverware, blender, toaster, etc! There’s also grills all over the properties that are already ready to use and gas powered. The pool is literally in the backyard of every single villa (there’s a sliding back door to every villa) since the complex is in an oval shape so you can comfortably walk right out the door and be there. There’s a grocery store walking distance from there and Whole Foods down the street. There’s also a playground. Highly recommend for families with kids!

This was the best place we have ever been to. We had to fit so many of us for a family get together and it was perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped the area just beautiful and we are definitely staying there again when we have another family get together.

Interior is highly outdated, was like stepping back 30 years. The office like carpet throughout the bedrooms and stairway gave you a stuffy and dirty vibe even though the place was clean.

Our villas was nice a clean. We made use of the Murphy bed also. Loved the porch (which I didn’t see in the photos). We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and sauna. Our daughter enjoyed an activity in the clubhouse. We also made use of the playground. Would love to stay again.

The villa and the property were spotless. I grilled Barbecued ribs with sauce that burned on the grill. I went out to clean the grill in the morning. it had already been cleaned and looked like a new grill. I wish I knew what was used to get it so clean. This is an. example of the cleanliness of this property.

The location was perfect. In close proximity to all the polular trails, rentals, grocery stores and restaurants. However, our dishwasher did not work and the dish detergent we were provided was watered down. The same goes for the body wash, shampoo. I normally bring my own, but this time i forgot. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.

The type of room I booked was terrible! The room is dimly lit, and the noise of the air conditioner and refrigerator at night id unbearable,making it impossible to sleep. Beds are shabby, The bedding is made pf artificial fiber. No WIFI at all.It is the worst hotle I've ever stayed in our holiday!

Great stay. The Villas are in a great location right off the main strip in West Sedona and near a Starbucks. The place was super clean, fully stocked and simply great. As others say, not the most up to date but everything works and huge space.

Good location. Nice rooms. Easy parking. DeLoraine at front desk is very helpful and welcoming. Only negative is WiFi signal is poor, but if you’re in Sedona get off your electronics and explore.

Great space for a family of 6 ! It’s hard for use to find lodging that allows us all to sleep in a bed and shut a bedroom door, and this fit the bill. Very spacious, great pool for the kids and easy access to the Sedona area trails and amenities.
