Our time was bittersweet as a family pet got sick. Matt the property manager came to our unit and helped me load the dog onto his truck and transport him to a local vet. Sadly the dog did not make it. But I can't thank Matt enough for all his help and kindness. The property was beautiful. The floor tile unique. I won't spoil the surprise but its worth looking closely at to discover all the surprising details. And from my entire family. Thank you Matt.

We took this trip to float the river and the location of this property was perfect with a tube rental right next door. The condo was very clean and the inside had recently been updated giving it a more modern feel than some of the other properties listed. We were very happy with our stay - we had no issues and getting into the condo was very easy.

This was our 4th time staying in this complex and our 2nd time staying in this particular condo with this host. Matt is always wonderful and the condo has be great both times we have stayed. Anytime we come to town I try to book this condo. The condo is clean and well put together. We will definitely be staying here again.

We enjoyed our first stay at this rental. It was exactly as described and the cleanest rental we have experienced. It's right next door to a tube rental and great for relaxing on the river. We were just a block from a great restaurant and it was nice and quiet. The owners were great communicators. We hope to come back again!

We met our daughter and her family here (7 of us plus 1 dog). I have never stayed anywhere but a hotel so this was our first time at a Vrbo property. The grounds are nice, river is right there. Room was clean, well supplied and comfortable. Check in process was simple. The location is good and very close to restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.

Clean, well appointed, and convenient condo located just off the traffic circle. Great view of the Comal River and the pool area from the patio. We did not cook in the unit but there appeared to be plenty of plates and cooking utensils. The covered parking under the A building is limited to vehicles with a maximum height 6' 1". Too close to try it for our Ford Expedition. There is plenty of parking in the open. We were there during the week and it was very quiet. For tubing, there is a tube place within walking distance of the complex. Muss & Fuss is fun with an excellent regional beer selection. Krause's Cafe has a great covered, open eating area with a nice selection of beer on tap. The menu is a bit eclectic to be called a German restaurant but the sausage and schnitzel were tasty.

Located near downtown is a plus. Alot of restaurants/bars to walk to. We enjoyed our stay. WIFI is pretty bad though. Do not recommend to stay here if you have to rely on WIFI to do work while out of town (which was our group). A few remotes had dead batteries as well. Other than these small things, totally recommend staying here.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! My husband and I stayed Labor Day weekend for our wedding anniversary and we had such a relaxing time. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook with. There was some seasonings available for cooking but not what we needed for our dinner. Which was no big deal, H‑E‑B is right down the road. The condo is in a perfect location to all the stores, downtown shops and Gruene Hall. We will definitely book this condo again in the future! We loved that the price to rent the condo for a long holiday weekend was very reasonable. I highly recommend renting! We can’t wait to book again!
