Centrally located, just 2 minutes from Schliterbahn, Comal river, historic Gruene, Gruene Hall, and downtown. Perfect spot to stay for Wurstfest. This 3rd floor corner unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Guests have private access to the Guadalupe river. The property has two pools (one heated) and 4 hot tubs. Get back in touch with nature and enjoy the wide open green lawn shaded by pecan trees.
The Blue Llama is a great place to kick back and relax! A bit of an adult upgrade from your reminiscent child hood tree house, nestled on the third floor with pecan trees all around.
Enjoy all that the Texas hill Country has to offer with the Guadelupe river right in your back yard, connecting to the Comal, and Schlitterbahn a walk away, what more could one ask for? Historic Gruene is around the corner as well as downtown New Braunfels. Whitewater amphitheater, Canyon Lake, Lake Mcqueeney, Lake Dunlap are not to far away.

The instruction of what to do when leaving the condo are very confusing. The initial instructions, the ones I printed at home say to strip the beds. The instructions for getting into the condo are not easy to find on VRBO app for someone who is not familiar with navigating the app. (Messages shows a picture of the condo) didn't know I had to double click on picture to get my message. The clock in the living room was not working (Dead battery). There was only one blow dryer available the first night. The night lights in the long dark hallway would not stay plugged in. (new ones were delivered the next day) The rug mats outside the showers needed cleaning. We had to put a parking pass on our car (we had nothing to write with) which could have been disastrous if they had towed us away.

1st time staying and absolutely had the best time. Check in/out was easy. Atmosphere was laid back aka vacation mode on point. Everybody was mostly friendly!
