The Blue Llama is a privately owned condo at Waterwheel Condominiums. Centrally located, just 2 minutes from Schliterbahn, Comal river, historic Gruene, Gruene Hall, and downtown. Perfect spot to stay for Wurstfest. This 3rd floor corner unit features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Guests have private access to the Guadalupe river. The property has two pools (one heated) and 4 hot tubs. Get back in touch with nature and enjoy the wide open green lawn shaded by pecan trees.
The Blue Llama is a great place to kick back and relax! A bit of an adult upgrade from your reminiscent child hood tree house, nestled on the third floor with pecan trees all around.
Enjoy all that the Texas hill Country has to offer with the Guadelupe river right in your back yard, connecting to the Comal, and Schlitterbahn a walk away, what more could one ask for? Historic Gruene is around the corner as well as downtown New Braunfels. Whitewater amphitheater, Canyon Lake, Lake Mcqueeney, Lake Dunlap are not to far away.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was incredibly well kept, clean, and spacious—perfect for our family. The space had such a warm, homey feel that made it easy to relax and settle in right away. You can tell the owners put thought and care into the details. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly place to stay!
