MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

We had a wonderful stay. The property management company is super responsive and check in and check out were very easy. The house is a little small but the location is absolutely perfect! You are just across the parking lot from the main entrance to Schlitterbahn. The house came with tubes so we bought a mini air compressor at Walmart and used those to float the river. That saved us 25/day/person because we didn’t have to use an outfitter. If you stay here, walk around the corner to taco loco (in the gas station), you won’t regret it! It’s a great rental! Just book it!

The house is in a great location if your attending the water park and/or floating the Comal. Close to everything. Perfect size for a family of 5-6. If you love turtles this is the home decor for you. Bathroom sinks need aerators in the faucets.

The property was cute and very close to the river entry and schlitterbahn, however, there were roaches in the bathroom and strange beetles in the kitchen. I could have done without extra house guests.
