2/2 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King and a futon. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Living room: Sofa Sleeper. 1 small dog under 40 lbs. allowed, $25 per day. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

Welcome to River Run Condos which are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. This beautiful newly painted 2/2 condo on the 2nd floor with covered parking and an elevator is the perfect place to spend the weekend! The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Master bedroom has a king size bed and a futon, guest bedroom has a queen, and a brand new beautiful sofa sleeper. There is also a newly remodeled en suite bathroom with a beautiful walk in shower that is handicap accessible.
Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free Wi-Fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit.
Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten minute float down from River Run. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas. Schlitterbahn Water Park is also very close and allows visitors to park free and bring in their own coolers. Downtown New Braunfels is within walking distance, and the town of Gruene is a ten minute drive. San Marcos, a twenty minute drive from River Run, has two large outlet malls. Austin is a 45 minute drive, and San Antonio is a twenty minute drive. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. This condo is on the second floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed).No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $1550 per month, Dec-Feb, March is $1750. 1 dog under 40 lbs. allowed at an additional rate of $100 per month.

The furnishings in the home did not match the pictures online. That was a bit surprising. The condo was very clean which is a significant feature!!

I've been staying at the River Run Condos for over 25 years and every single stay has been great which is why I continue to return. However, this condo had a few issues. The queen size bed is hard and uncomfortable and although several of the group tried to alternate to see if it would work, none of us slept well on it waking up unrested, with back pain and hip pain. The door to the queen bedroom also is unbalanced and would constantly shut on its own. The ceiling fan in that same room made noises on occasion indicating it might need some balancing. The living room TV is so outdated I was unable to plug in my personal Roku via the hdmis because it was DVD only or even cast my phone to it to watch our own apps.Very, very old. The screen door to the unit would stick open causing us to have to push very firmly to make sure it stayed closed or it would pop back open. The microwave was hard to use due to the basic features not functioning. The refrigerator did have a leak but I do understand sometimes these things happen randomly. While the master bedroom had amazing light blocking curtains the second bedroom did not which allowed a lot of light into the bedroom at night from the outdoor balcony lighting keeping us up as well. The unit did have adequate supplies and did feel homey despite the issues I noted. I felt compelled to point them out as this could have been a much better stay especially compared to all of the other units I've stayed in over the years. Too many issues.
