3/2 Home. Sleeps 8. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. 3rd Bedroom: Full size bed with Twin Trundle. Living Room: Queen Sofa Sleeper. 1 dog under 40 lbs allowed $25 per day. No smoking. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.

To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.

Loved the location, and the backyard was great for my dog and grandson. It is pretty bare bones on amenities and there were some things that could have been cleaner, but we enjoyed our trip.

The property was cute and very close to the river entry and schlitterbahn, however, there were roaches in the bathroom and strange beetles in the kitchen. I could have done without extra house guests.
