Very nice and clean. Thought it was a house until we received instructions, so know that it is a large condo/apartment. We never sought out the pool. We thought it was a home with a private pool, but the pool is somewhere on premesis, just not sure where. We spent most of our time on the river at Rockin R which is walking distance away. Overall, pleased just thought it was slightly overpriced.

The condo was very nice and clean. The sofa seemed worn as there was not much support when you sat on it. Husband was bitten by something in the sofa bed but other than that, it was very nice and spacious. Make sure to bring enough soaps and shampoo as the starter pack is just a little starter. I think you should provide pool towels as we did not bring them because of lack of space and did not want to check another bag at the airport. I think a little high priced but I am used to time share property and haven't had to pay for vacation in a few years so not sure if the price is with the going rate today. Laundry machines were great and full size. The kitchen was well stocked and had tons of space. Overall, extremely pleased with the comfort, cleanliness and space provided. We had a great timme!!

The condo was very clean and very nice. The only issue we had was water pressure was low and some units were putting their trash under the staircase we had to walk up and down to get to our unit and it stunk very bad and flies were everywhere.
