About this apartment rental

3rd night free (August-February 2025-Feb2026)Located in the heart of Gruene! Our condo is located on the Ground floor on the corner of the complex. Gruene’s River View (101) is an elegant corner condo with easy ground-floor access and views of the Guadalupe River. We’re right in Historic Gruene, a stone’s throw from Gruene Hall, so you can leave your car behind and walk to the attractions. Enjoy the sunset on the private deck with a view of the Guadalupe River. Walk the beautiful path down to the river for a restful picnic at the river’s edge. Relax by the pool and waterfall, or go tubing with easy water access to the Guadalupe. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, beautiful granite kitchen, 2 flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, and easy access to the private pool, barbeque areas, river, and Historic Gruene… you can create your perfect vacation.

Also, we are unable to split up weekend rentals in the summer. All bookings that include a Friday must also include the Saturday.

It was Ok, but I won't rent it again. The condo was very worn-looking—there were lots of scratches on the walls and door. The bathroom door knob felt like it was loose and about to fall off the door. The Wall Hook in the bathroom had pulled out of the wall and was barely hanging on. No Soap, No Shampoo provided in the bathroom, but I should have read the fine print. So that was my fault. Plenty of towels, though. Just enough coffee to make one pot on Saturday morning, then I had to go out on Sunday morning and buy coffee. Just little things, nothing major. But enough that I would not return to this specific condo. The big plus was the location, and it was great. Could walk to everything you needed in town. You did not need to drive anywhere. The condo was clean, and the beds were nice. Overall, I would give it a B grade.

Great location!!!! The only time we had to drive anywhere was when we went tubing - drove to the Rockin R to rent tubes and put into the river. Otherwise, everything else - Gruene Hall, shopping, and restaurants were in easy walking distance!!!! The pool was refreshing! We had a great time!!!!

Just got back home and we had a great time. Very clean, very spacious property. Our teens had plenty of room to spread out and there was plenty of room in the master for our dog's crate. Loved that it was located on the end and on the bottom floor- definitely made it easier with the dog. We enjoyed being walking distance from everything- and the private entrance to the river was so nice! We would definitely stay here again!

We throughly enjoyed our time in Gruene and this property added to the enjoyment of our weekend in the Texas Hill country. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance making it super easy to relax and unwind. The condo is in the perfect location! You can park and walk to everything in Gruene! The weather was rainy and cold so we did not get to enjoy the back porch with a river view but it would be very nice on another weekend. This was our annual girls trip - four 60 year old women. We felt safe there and loved that we didn't have to drive into town and fight for a parking spot. The beds were comfortable and the living room was very cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Three couples stayed here for a weekend in Gruene and to go to Wurstfest. The location was perfect. We walked to dinner, shops and bars in Gruene. We walked to Rocking R to catch a bus that took us to Wurstfest and back. The condo was very clean, arranged well for three couples, and had easy checkin and check out. Parking was great too. The host was very quick to respond to any questions we had! We will stay here again!

A great condo with great location. Didn’t need a car after we got there because you can walk to all the shops, restaurants, Gruene Hall. Super clean and comfortable. The only complaint was we couldn’t get the coffeemaker to work properly but found an off brand Keurig in the cabinet. It worked but we had to go buy pods which was inconvenient! There was barely and ground coffee left for us even if we had gotten the other one to work. A minor complaint if you don’t look forward to a cup of coffee every mor morning but we are coffee drinkers. Overall, we had a great weekend and would recommend!

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious, the beds were very comfy and the fully stocked kitchen was a blessing. It was especially nice to be literally a two minute walk from Gruene Hall and all the stores and boutiques. Elisa, the property manager, answered my questions and concerns very quickly and was very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!
