2/2 condo. Sleeps 8. Master: King and a futon. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Living room: Sofa Sleeper. No pets. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
Great 2/2 condo at River Run Condominiums is great for relaxing after a fun day in on the river. Top floor - no overhead footsteps! New premium bedding for a good night's sleep. The leather sleeper sofa has extra foam topper and/or air mattress, new leather recliner. Fully equipped kitchen with extra seating at island and Keurig Coffee Maker and Regular Drip Coffee Maker. Flat screen TV with built-in DVD. Bring your favorites or enjoy ours. Cushioned balcony furniture invites you to sit awhile and view the beautiful Comal River! Shaded all morning and most of afternoon. Ceiling fans in living area and both bedrooms! The balcony has a view of the river, and guests have direct access to the river from the property. A beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue grills, and picnic tables are all located by the river. Master bedroom has a King size bed and a futon, guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, and there is a sofa sleeper in the living room. Two full baths. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. Newly redone floating wood tile floor throughout the condo.
River Run Condos are located on the Comal River directly across from the Landa Park Golf Course. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Also available for guests are two parking spaces, elevator access to the unit, and free wi-fi. Coin operated washing machines and dryers are located on the garage level under this unit. Free wi-fi. Elevator access. No smoking - not even on the balcony. No Pets. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
Nearby Attractions: The Prince Solms Tube Chute is a ten minute float down from River Run. There are three tube rental and shuttle facilities adjacent to the property. Other attractions are just a short drive away. Landa Park has a public golf course, a miniature golf course, paddle boats, a miniature train, large spring-fed swimming pool, and plenty of picnic areas.This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!

Communication with host was great. They made sure i had all i needed to check in before the arrival time. I will rent again. The condo was cozy and had all we needed. Everything was clean. It did have a lives in feel and look but it was still great. I think the best thing was its location. Although we didnt go in the river this time it would be perfect to do so. We did get to get up in the morning abs sit next to the river and watch otters play. There were also so many deer grazing around and on the property. It was very relaxing.

We enjoyed the location and that it was right on the water. We stayed there during a somber time since it was right after the July 4th flood so couldn't go on the river - which was to be expected. Instead, we got to know other guests at the pool and grilled each night or grabbed something local downtown. I love that it's walkable if we choose to walk and had the weather been nicer we would have. The condo was well stocked and even had games/puzzles which we enjoyed. The door was already unlocked upon arrival and other than finding a previous guests dirty under clothes and hair in the sheets I'd say it was clean. We did let the host know and they apologized since sometimes things get overlooked. Previous reviews mentioned issues with security or staff onsite and we didn't have any issues at all! All in all, we'd stay in the area again.

Had a great time it’s located in a perfect part, easy river access, walking distance to downtown just one issue which bothered us is the fridge sucks we waited 24hrs like it stated and got stuck drinking warm drinks even on the coldest setting it wouldn’t keep the drinks cool heck the freezer couldn’t even freeze the ice for 2 nights so we got stuck drinking warm drinks on the river, I didn’t bring it up as we only had one night left before we left and the pool closes at 11 or 12 which is a bummer, Overall great experience if u want a prime location I would stay again, area was clean no complaints there and the bed was amazing would recommend if u wanna have a weekend get away
