Welcome to your own slice of paradise! Completely updated 4/3 in the heart of New Braunfels. Walk to Landa Park or Schlitterbahn, or take a quick bike ride or golf cart ride to Downtown or Gruene! The house features 4 bedrooms: BR 1 - King & Bunk (2 twins) BR2 - King BR 3 - Queen BR 4 - (3) Twins The downstairs couch pulls out into a Queen Bed , and the upstairs couch pulls into Full size bed. Enjoy the large shaded yards, with swing, fire pit & outdoor living/dining spaces. Peaceful Landa Park Estates neighborhood Highly recommend renting a golf cart or riding bikes to get around New Braunfels! Driveway can accommodate 4-5 cars, and street parking is not a problem.
