Lovely and Comfortable

We stayed in the Mount Laurel room. It was very spacious and exceptionally comfortable. The area is very quiet and peaceful. You can sit outside on the patio and read, or relax in the Jacuzzi tub. Highly recommend.

We loved our stay. You could hear the guests from the next room through the wall, but small fan was enough to block that out.

This place was fantastic. So much nicer than a hotel room and it was easy to feel right at home. The area and the room was quiet with lots of extra amenities.

The booking portal was a bit wonky at first—but probably user error on my part. It wouldn't give me access to our room code. Fortunately, after digging around, I was able to fine the property's phone number and they were able to help us out right away.

Brent and Julie were amazing hosts! They were very friendly. I enjoyed conversing with Brent about New Braunfels and life. The cottage is wonderful. We used the kitchen to cook, and it felt like being at home. I got to set up my computer workstation and get some work done while we relaxed the rest of the day.

The location—the neighborhood is fabulous. Free parking, a beautiful porch to sit outside for our morning coffee. Great shower. Very quiet and peaceful so we had a good nights sleep!

Very nice stay in downtown New Braunfels

Room was nice and comfortable. Enjoyed waking up listening to the birds and relaxing in the rocking chair. Had some difficulty with the Apple TV, not having an Apple phone/account. Cold water handle in the bathroom sink leaked, but I’m sure management will take care of it. Nice window shades, lovely porch.

I was in town for a conference located a block away. The location was perfect as was the atmosphere, comfort and cleanliness!

Unique cozy cottage in a historic town

A series of connected cottages all with their own porches and entrances. Rooms were cozy and completely furnished. This is a really interesting town with very old architecture and an active preservation movement. Walking around was enjoyable and it was easy to find good food. There were brochures of local things to do and lots of other little touches in the room. Infinitely more character and personality in this neighborhood than the big box hotels over on the giant expressway.

It's a little odd to never interact with a human. We got a text for the entrance code for our room and used that to come and go. When we left there was a little sign we clipped to the door to tell them we were gone.

River Getaway

The cottage was perfect for my birthday weekend getaway! Great location, close to everything. We really enjoyed the banana nut poundcake from Naegelin's bakery that was in the cottage for us. Wonderful hosts, we would definitely stay again!

Stayed in the Juniper Room which was tucked in the back. Very quiet and close to everything in downtown New Braunfels.

Cute hideaway!

We loved the cottage, the porch, and the grounds. Very sweet to have a few breakfast foods waiting for us also. To us, it was perfect. It was quiet at night as well as during the day. Close enough to walk downtown and around the area. Julie and Brent were polite and pleasant. We will definitely return when we visit the area again.
