About this apartment rental
2/2 condo. Sleeps 6. Master: King. 2nd bedroom: Queen. Living Room: Sofa Sleeper. No Pets Allowed. MUST BE 25 TO RENT. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented at check in or via email. In addition, the electronic rental agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Inverness Condominiums that is next door to Schlitterbahn and on the Comal River. Beautiful large deck, a pool overlooking the river and direct river access!! It has hardwood floors, a new 43" flat screen, internet, and everything you need for that vacation get-a-way. The dining table seats six. Newly painted and new bedding in both rooms. There is one Queen bed, one brand new King bed, and a brand new sofa sleeper. High quality linens are provided for beds and bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with a standard drip coffee maker and Keurig. The condo has dedicated parking and a beautiful pool right on the River. It has a large wood deck with tables and chairs and a long grassy waterfront with grills and picnic tables. River access as well. You are sure to have a great time!
Rockin' R is a local tube outfitter which can pick up 2 lots down from Inverness Condos between Memorial Day and Labor Day. For any reservation outside of that time period, the Rockin' R shop is located only .5 miles away.
You are provided 2 parking passes, one for a numbered covered spot and a second for general parking. This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 6 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 6 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera. This property includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are parking in the correct parking spaces. Please do not be offended by the wristband and parking pass policies, they are really there to ensure that you have a fabulous time!
WINTER MONTHLY RENTALS - if you are interested in renting monthly in the winter months, please contact New Braunfels Escapes for pricing details. This property is $1800 per month.

our group had 5 condos rented for this vacation. we love the property for many reasons. the common deck is a great area to hang out. It is also great to be able to walk to downtown. WE love floating so we have the ability to hop in the river right next to the condo and float to the last public exit. the condo itself is very comfortable and we have stayed in the same one for the past 4 years. we will be back next summer!

Our family usually rents 3 condos at a time to spend a long weekend at the river. We’ve done this several times over the last 10 or so years and have a great time each time. This time we were fairly disappointed that the pool had not been maintained and we were not able to swim in it until right before check out. We had to call for pool maintenance on Thursday and on Friday. The pool was green and cloudy. It still wasn’t clear by check out but was better after a full day of cleaning and scrubbing from the pool maintenance person. The wine and dine condo was nice and updated although I did not like that the AC was on a smart meter and kept returning to 75°F every 2 hours. �� Also, as we were packing the rooms up to check out we accidentally bumped into the large mirror they had on the narrowest part of the master bedroom walkway. It fell and broke, almost hitting our children. We were very surprised to see that the large, heavy mirror had been hung by 2 tiny finishing size nails. Overall, we really love to have our family vacation at the Inverness as it has nice river access and across the street from Schlitterbahn. I’m hoping the pool is better maintained here in out and that the AC isn’t set so hot. Thank you!
