1. Needs a new shower curtain, or at least this one needs bleached. The bottom is covered in mold or grime of some kind.2. I always book a condo with a washer, which this one advertised but did not have. While I was reimbursed for a trip to the laundromat, that was an inconvenience to drive several miles and lose beach time.3. There was only one blanket in the whole house, yet two beds. Consider adding an extra blanket for the sofa bed. 4. I noticed that one day after I booked my stay (which was an emergency booking because the condo I booked several months ago was not ready, and I found out less than 48 before my plane left KY) the cost was 50 less a night than what I paid. That just added insult to injury after paying an extra 1k for much less house than what I originally booked.

Just a long weekend for my husband and I from our cold climate to thaw out. Location is perfect. Walkable to bars, restaurants and beach. Just what we needed.

It smelled a little musky, but the bed was amazing. It was clean. There is an on-site laundry. The beach is across the street. If you’re gonna be at the beach a lot it’s a great place to stay - the upstairs unit was much nicer than our down stairs unit!! The shower was not as nice as I’d like but we were at the beach more than we were there!!

The property isn’t quite as nice as the pictures. Floors felt gritty, moldy shower, couch with sinkholes, and extremely hard bed. We knew about the road construction ahead which was fine. What wasn’t fine was the banging and sawing in the apartment over our head all week. The chairs around the table on the deck all had broken weave and the table and deck were filthy with sawdust from the construction going on above. Same for the patio furniture.
