Bay View Condominiums is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Bradenton Beach. The small complex boasts eight units. Magnificent Bay views are enjoyed from this elevated condo located a brief two minute walk to the sugar sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
The unit offers an under building parking garage, a secure coded elevator, Bayfront pool, fishing pier and boat docks.
Anna Maria Island is a tropical barrier island seven and one half miles long. Its fine white sugar sand beaches are open to the public with convenient accesses along the entire island. It is one of the finest beaches in the United States. Unlike some tourist areas of Florida that are typified by endless rows of high rise apartment buildings and hotels, Anna Maria is an island of homes and small resorts.
Enjoy many activities on your visit; swimming, snorkeling, beautiful sunsets, fishing, boating, shopping, watching wildlife, golfing, bicycling, tennis, and more. Easily explore taking advantage of the free trolley, with convenient stops the length of the island.

I was after a great view and a place to relax for 10 days. We got exactly that. Wish there wasn't construction, and the elevator was out of service, but everything else was great. The view is spectacular, pool close, clean, and convenient. The unit had everything we needed, and we had a terrific time. What a fantastic location!

The location and view of the bay are fabulous with gulf beaches just a couple of steps away and restaurants are within walking distance. The condo itself has a good layout and is in good condition with covered parking included. The only reason we gave this property 4 rather than 5 stars was the main couch was not comfortable and the flooring, mainly in the lanai, needed cleaning.
