The communication from start to finish was outstanding! The home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The outside decks were ideal for breakfast as well as happy hour. The location was convenient to the beach, restaurants and even the bus/trolley. I would like to rent this again for next year. Thank you!Rob

Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and restaurants. Great view of the Gulf and sunsets. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The location of this unit is the obvious selling point - it's a very short walk to the beach and several blocks from a strip of restaurants, bars, and shops. However, there is no washer or dryer and they won't restock your towels despite being on the beach. The unit was a little dirty (chips on the floor and the couch is stained and doesn't smell good) and has a mold/mildew odor with extremely high constant humidity despite the a/c and dehumidifier running constantly. On a positive note, the two little second floor porches are nice to sit on and they provide 2 beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella per unit. Overall, I would not stay here again and don't recommend anything over 2 or 3 days because you'll run out of clean towels and when I asked what I should do I literally was told to take our dirty/salty/sandy towels to a laundromat myself.
