Beautiful family home completely renovated in 2021, light and bright that can accommodate 10 people. Current and neat decoration.
Ideally located 300 metres from the beach, you can walk or use the bicycles provided.

Large living room open to the dining room. Fully equipped closed kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave oven, freezer, toaster, electric kettle, Dolce Gusto filter and capsule coffee maker, Magimix multi-purpose food processor)
Master suite (160 x 200 cm bed, new bedding) with its bathroom, toilet and dressing room/office.
1 separate toilet on the first floor
Upstairs, four bedrooms, new bedding:
A first bedroom with 2 beds of 90X200 and an en-suite shower room. It can be a second master suite.
A second bedroom with a bunk bed, 90X190.
A third bedroom with 2 beds of 90X200.
A fourth bedroom with 2 beds of 90X200.
A separate toilet.
A bathroom with toilet.
Large linen room in the basement with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. For babies, high chair, travel cot, mattress and fitted sheets available.

This property fulfills all expectations in terms of exquisite homing, size of rooms, kitchen equipment and local surroundings, it’s close foot walking distance to the beach , market and nice restaurants, all dreams come true, I can highly recommend it and would rebook it at any time possible

Super séjour passé en famille dans cette maison très agréable, décorée avec goût
Bien située 5mn de la plage , 15mn du marché de la baule (tout à pieds)
Contact avec l’hôte très agréable et très réactive . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
