Just a few steps from Benoît Beach and close to shops and restaurants, this spacious 250 m² house can accommodate up to 12 people. Ideal for a family getaway or time with friends, it offers beautiful spaces and all the comfort needed to fully enjoy the Atlantic coast.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden where young and old can relax and play in complete peace and quiet. The terrace furnished with garden furniture is ideal for sharing outdoor meals and enjoying long summer days. A table tennis table is also at your disposal to enhance your days with family competition.
Inside, discover a vast, warm and welcoming living space. The spacious and comfortable lounge has a television, a DVD player and several areas for gathering to watch a film, read or play board games. The adjoining dining room features a large table that can accommodate up to 12 people. The independent kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee makers and Nespresso, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook as if you were at home.
On the night side, the house has 6 comfortable bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: a Queen Size bed (160x200), a decorative fireplace
- Bedroom 2: a Queen Size bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190)
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 5: two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 6: two bunk beds (90x190)
A bathroom as well as two shower rooms complete the interior space.
For your comfort, the accommodation also has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hair dryer, an iron, a high chair and six mosquito repellent devices.

Large property which is ideally located for both beach and restaurants

The house has a lot of space and a nice, simple atmosphere. It really is located just 3 minutes from the beach, so that is wonderful! Also the garden is a pleasure.
For a big group, two bathrooms is not a lot... And because of the wooden floors you can hear everything in the house.
The check-in was rather hasty because the concierge had to go elsewhere. We found that the rooms were not really clean (dust, spider webs, a lot of old objects everywhere like used soaps, used tooth brushes etc.).
We liked the villa but with a little bit more love, taste and attention it could be a truly perfect place!
