Just a few steps from Benoît Beach and close to shops and restaurants, come and discover this spacious house. You will appreciate the typical decoration of this Bauloise house as well as its enclosed garden fitted with a table tennis table for convivial moments together.
Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this 250 m² house can accommodate up to 12 people.
Upon arrival, you will discover the lounge with its sofa, armchairs and television (with DVD player). It will be comfortable for your moments of reading, games or relaxation in front of a film. The independent kitchen is fully equipped (induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides you with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. For breakfast, a toaster, a kettle and two coffee makers **(filter and Nespresso)** are also at your disposal. You can share your meals in the dining room or you can also enjoy the table set up on the terrace.
On the night side, the house has 6 comfortable bedrooms:

The house has a lot of space and a nice, simple atmosphere. It really is located just 3 minutes from the beach, so that is wonderful! Also the garden is a pleasure.
For a big group, two bathrooms is not a lot... And because of the wooden floors you can hear everything in the house.
The check-in was rather hasty because the concierge had to go elsewhere. We found that the rooms were not really clean (dust, spider webs, a lot of old objects everywhere like used soaps, used tooth brushes etc.).
We liked the villa but with a little bit more love, taste and attention it could be a truly perfect place!
