Pretty family house with a heated swimming pool, carefully furnished and ideal for 2 families (4 adults and 4 children)
It is located in a quiet residential area close to the center of La Baule (3 mins by bike and - 10 mins on foot), the beach (5 mins by bike and 15 mins on foot) as well as many shops nearby.
On the ground floor a comfortable living room and a dining room with open kitchen offer access to a terrace bordering the swimming pool. 3 bedrooms are located upstairs, 2 with double bed and a "dormitory" type with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds.
The house is equipped with a bathroom and a separate shower room and toilet on each level.

Included services: household linen (sheets & towels) and end of stay cleaning
