18th century house of 110m2, totally extended, renovated and redecorated in 2021 (extension, insulation, adaptation for people with reduced mobility-, ...) to offer modern comfort in a building with the charm of the old. 12 kms from St-Emilion in a charming hamlet, this house is suitable for 6 people maximum (2 bedrooms for 2 people, one of which is on the first floor with private bathroom, and 2 beds on the mezzanine with bathroom and toilet). Had an absolutely wonderful experience being hosted by Karine. Spacious, comfortable house, everything is thought through, great location: 15 minutes or less to any St.Emilion Chateau, yet the house is in a tiny quite hamlet, surrounded by vineyards — away from St.Emillion crowds. Karine is a generous and welcoming host — she really went above and beyond to ensure that us and especially our 5-months old baby were comfortable
