Ideal house to rest. A quiet and soothing place. come and enjoy its large swimming pool!
Its large kitchen is well equipped: cooking range, large fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, and all the necessary equipment for cooking and eating.
The living room can accommodate you all with its two sofas, its large television and an upright piano for the musicians. There is also an office area.
A large bedroom for two with a Queen size bed (160x200) is on the first floor with its new bathroom equipped with a toilet, sink and large walk-in shower with its stone wall.
Upstairs, there are the other two bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a sink and a toilet. The two bedrooms upstairs also have large dressing rooms.
The exterior is composed of a green and flowered garden and a space to park. A large and secure salt swimming pool is bordered by its terrace and some sunbathing areas. A terrace in front of the house is equipped with a large table for 12 people with a large parasol. A double burner plancha is also available.
