About this house rental
Ideally located near St Emilion surrounded by vineyards and close to amenities, charming house made for rest.
House of 120 m2 fully fenced and air-conditioned with:
1) on the ground floor, large main room (60 m2) with laundry room and toilet.
2) on the 1st floor:
-1 bedroom with a 160cm bed + large wardrobe
-1 bedroom with a large 140cm bed + wardrobe
-1 bedroom with 2 90 cm beds + wardrobe + baby bed with bars.
- Shower room with toilet.
Fully equipped: American fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, baby high chair, satellite TV.
optional bed linen and towel (20 euros per person)
Reversible air conditioning in all rooms
High speed internet with wifi 6
Outside you will find a private, fully enclosed garden with trees of 1200 m2 with a beautiful south-facing terrace and a swimming pool measuring 6m by 4m, 1m50 deep and COMPLETELY PRIVATE.
Vehicle shelters.
Possibility of enjoying either a relaxing, cultural or sporting holiday depending on your desires.
We will be there to advise you and ensure that your vacation meets your desires.

We had a wonderful stay, the surrounding vineyards and proximity to St Emilion were great and the villa was well equipped and peaceful! To have air conditioning in the villa was such a help too!

We had a lovely stay in this property. The air conditioning was a godsend in the recent heatwave, and the pool was lovely to relax by and get into with the heat. Beds were really comfortable and plenty of space inside and out to eat and relax. Jean is a lovely host who leaves you in peace but is on hand to help with any questions. Our only regret is we weren’t able to visit all the lovely places he recommended. For some, the pool may be a little small but for us it was perfect. Jean was really upfront about minor issues in the property (mainly the grass area being bare due to a recent flood) which is always reassuring when your hosts are honest. The location may be a little isolated for some, as major towns a little further away but for us this wasn’t an issue. Overall thoroughly recommend this property, and definitely Jean as a host - he was very helpful when a flock of sheep and goats decided to pay us a visit in the garden!!

Had a great stay in Tayac. A few downsides are the short beds for most Europeans and the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms (only an issue when it is 35 degrees for multiple days in a row), but the rooms 2 were spacious enough for 6 people.
All in all a great stay with a spacious garden for our dog or to lie under a tree to get some shade. Also a spacious ground floor with almost all necessary facilities. Location is between the vineyards of the Bordeaux region. Bordeaux is within an hour drive from Tayac and to Begerac it is even faster. Saint-Émilion with the old centre and the many Restaurants is a must.
