About this house rental
'La Metairie des Ducs' Is a spacious 18C house, comfortably sleeping up to 8 people. The house has a large open plan kitchen, dining room, separate lounge and wet room on the ground floor. This opens out onto a large covered terrace with BBQ area and private garden. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, large landing with bathroom and separate WC. The pool is located to the rear of the property in a large open area with lovely views. There is also a shaded games barn, with a pool table, ping pong ,darts and other games to keep everyone entertained. An ideal spot for total relaxation.
The owners live on site in a seperate dwelling to the rear of the property.

We had another fabulous 2 weeks in Ste Colombe. Julie and Chris work hard to make sure everything is how it should be. The house, pool and location are perfect for us.

We stayed for a week and had an incredible time.
The area is very quiet and quaint, perfect for walks around the surrounding areas or just relaxing by the pool. On-site barbecue was great as we used the every evening. Rooms were cool, clean and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed themselves immensely and I couldn’t thank Julie enough for being so accommodating, especially with the addition of the inflatables!
House is a short drive away from the village if Duras which has plenty of day and night markets. Julie was a font of knowledge on when and what to do! Lovely host and I would thoroughly recommend her!

We had a fantastic holiday in the beautiful house with the large swimming pool. The house was very clean and fully equipped. The children had a great time with the tennis table and in the swimming pool.
It is a beautiful and peaceful area!

Lovely clean property exactly as described in an area we know well. Julie was a great host and made us very welcome. We had a great 2 weeks here and plan on returning.
