The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Gardegan-et-Tourtirac, set in the heart of a vineyard. It features a swimming pool and Wi-Fi, has a floor area of 180 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely living room, a fully fitted kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with shower and bath), and you can enjoy a garden of around 200 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A living room with a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- A bedroom with two single beds
- An annexe with a queen-size bed (160x200) and en-suite bathroom
- A bathroom with shower and bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, heated) open from May to September
- A lovely 200 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house enjoys a prime location in the heart of the Sarreau Martin vineyards in Gardegan-et-Tourtirac, in a peaceful setting where nature and tranquillity come together. Surrounded by greenery and in the heart of the countryside, it offers a true haven of calm, ideal for recharging your batteries and enjoying an authentic environment.
You can enjoy the charm of rural life whilst remaining close to essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and local markets.
As with any house situated in the heart of the countryside, the countryside itself is part of the experience: you may occasionally come across a few insects or small outdoor visitors depending on the season, which is also part of the charm of a stay so close to nature.
The house is easily accessible and will allow you to enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind. If you’re coming by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
