About this house rental
Gite 4-6 people quiet and comfortable in the heart of the vineyards, on a garden with trees surrounded by fruit trees of 1200m2.
House composed of:
- a large main room (50M2) with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine ...), a dining area and a TV lounge (sofa convertible 140)
- 2 bedrooms (a bed of 160 cm and 2 beds of 90 cm or bed of 180 on request) bedding and sheets of quality hotellière.
- a large double sink bathroom (hair dryer and towel dryer)
- a dressing room with washing machine (iron and ironing board, drying rack)
- a separate toilet
Beds are made on arrival, and towels are provided.
Summer, garden furniture, barbecue and sunbathing in front of the vineyards.
Closed and private parking.
The cottage is located in Sainte-Colombe, 10 minutes from Saint-Emilion, Medieval town, at the gates of the Dordogne and Perigord (Bergerac, Sarlat). Bordeaux (40 minutes), the medoc and its castles (Rothschild, Margaux); at the tip, Soulac sur mer (small Arcachon), boat (car) to go to Royan.
The Atlantic Ocean (Arcachon at 1H15 or Lacanau 1h) are easily accessible.
But also the Charente, its vineyards, Cognac villages, Aubeterre sur Dronne and La Rochefoucauld ...

This property is very well placed to explore both St. Emillion and the surrounding areas. We were interested in seeing mulitple villages as potential ex-pat relocation spots. The location allowed us to knock out multiple villages each day. It was very clean and the gated parking area is very convienent.

Nous étions 4 personnes et un chien et le volume était très spacieux. Gîte situé au calme, très beau jardin. Bon point de départ pour visiter la région. Propriétaires très sympathiques. On s’y sent bien!

Accueillants et sympathiques. Le gîte est confortable, avec tout ce qu'on a besoin. Literie excellente.

Nous avons passé un WE très agréable.
Maison tout confort ; prestations de qualité. Idéalement située pour visiter la région.
On ne peut pas oublier l’accueil des propriétaires ; couple très chaleureux, très disponibles sans être envahissants.
